There is a CHASE information session on 18 October (12:30-1:30): https://essex-university.zoom.us/j/98740276432 . This is aimed for PG students (e.g. those who will still have half their programme remaining in October 2024, PGT students, or people looking to apply for an Essex PhD). CHASE training enables doctoral students to enrich their research and professional skills in readiness for careers in the academy and beyond. As one of the UK’s 10 AHRC Doctoral Training Partnerships, CHASE is also able to offer a range of studentships each year.

There is also a YUFE4Postdoc call (and application portal) officially opened on 1 October. Essex has two postdocs available in this round, and the themes focus on Citizens’ Well-being or European Identity which align well with some of the areas we research in CAJI.
