All of us here at the Law School at the University of Essex, and Essex Constitutional and Administrative Justice Initiative (CAJI), would like to express our thanks to our colleagues who were able to attend this session, and also to the attendees for joining the Webinar. We would also like to express our gratitude to Tatjana Grote for coming along to talk about what it is like to be a PhD student, and to share a little more information about her role as one of our PGR Reps.
This session was designed to create an informal space to find out some information about the stages of doing a PhD, such as: writing a PhD proposal; applying to do a PhD; and what it is like to be a PhD student. We also had a discussion on what opportunities are available for PhD students here at the University of Essex in relation to research, presenting, and teaching.
The session was recorded and we wanted to share this here as a resource. The links referred to during the session and information on the academic staff are also below.
